The Experience

No menu. The day's market, the chef's hands, and the counter between you.

The omakase unfolds at the counter, for a handful of guests. The chef composes the sequence — sashimi, nigiri, hot dishes as the season allows — and serves it piece by piece, at the pace of the meal. Allow around two hours.

Information

Tsukizi is temporarily closed.

A small fire has forced us to close until further notice. It was brought under control within minutes, no one was hurt, and the rest of the restaurant is untouched.

Shin Izakaya is just a few doors away, on rue des Ciseaux.

And if it was sushi you came for, the Tsukizi team hasn't gone home: you'll find them behind the counter at Saku, on rue du Mont-Thabor.
