Join Us

We're not looking for employees. We're looking for artisans.

Since 1981, one idea has kept us going: do things well, every day, with people we're proud to have at our side. If work done properly speaks to you, read on.

The Kobo team at work

Serious about the product, never about ourselves. We're a young team that works fast and works well, in houses built to last. We train, we trust, we help people grow. And as the family keeps opening new doors, those who join today will hold the best places tomorrow.

What We Share

The craft, done right

The product at the centre, precision as the rule. Everything else is decoration.

Family spirit

Founded and run by a family. We look out for each other, and we say things straight.

Passing it on

You learn the craft, then you hand it on. Responsibility goes to those who want it.

Momentum

Five houses and counting. Real prospects, not promises.

Open Positions

Nonno San

Head waiter · Bartender

The family's most refined house, near Place Vendôme. Dining room, counter, cocktails and omakase.

Information

Tsukizi is temporarily closed.

A small fire has forced us to close until further notice. It was brought under control within minutes, no one was hurt, and the rest of the restaurant is untouched.

Shin Izakaya is just a few doors away, on rue des Ciseaux.

And if it was sushi you came for, the Tsukizi team hasn't gone home: you'll find them behind the counter at Saku, on rue du Mont-Thabor.
